DASH is an amazing place to do aerial yoga! All of the instructors are fantastic! All levels are welcome and every time I go, which is at least twice a week, I get a workout!!! I love DASH!.... more

I went there because it was close to work and wanted to learn more, but I think her name was Paula was not very good . Wont go back.. Great new find. All the teachers are so knowledgeable and the classes are great for any level.... more
