Here they use the Life fitness machines and gear which is good then also what is even better is that they let you come in for free if you are US Military. So much thanks for that. Thankyou!!!!!!!!!.... more

The staff was awesome, I was in town for vacation and they were so welcoming to me for even just a day pass visit. The free weight selection was a little small but everything was neat and orderly, and everyone was very helpful and friendly.... more
