I love the beautiful atmosphere of this studio & the classes are stellar. Kind, helpful, knowledgeable instructors make the practice safe, challenging & enjoyable! I love DDY!.My boyfriend and I go to DDY Power Vinyasa Yoga every Saturday morning at 9:30 with June & we love her & her class! The room is perfectly hot & the class is a great mix of challenging but doable & understandable.... more

What a wonderful place for basically healthy, limber folks. Very relaxing ... but very frustrating for this individual - 64yr, knee replacements, arthritis... no special attention, no option for chair yoga, One class was up and down off the floor many times , the other involved stretches and postures absurdly beyond what I could ever do.... more
