Dropped in on a rainy Sunday morning and had a great workout. Spacious with well-maintained equipment. Welcoming, encouraging, all the things you want from a Crossfit. Highly recommend.
Really enjoyed my workout here when I dropped in during my trip to Savannah. Saturday was a big, fun group and Coach Dorothy ran a great class. Definitely recommend!
My girlfriend and I dropped in while we were in town and had a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. The facility is high quality and in a great location. The coaching was quality as well and I would highly recommend this gym for any level of athlete.
This gym is amazing! So I'm a 10-year "Crossfitter" - so I know what separates a good from a sub-par gym. One of the things that I look for is coaches who don't make assumptions....they don't just assume that you know what your doing (or don't know what your doing) based on how you look. They take the time to get to know you and instruct the class to the lowest common denominator. This is a great box for those with lots of experience or those who haven't set foot inside a gym since high school! OK - so coaching is next level. Then the community is very welcoming as well. I was greeted by at least 5 different people before the workout even began. Finally, the facility....gritty but clean! The Coast Guard owner has the crossed anchors everywhere which is a really cool touch that makes it personal. They honor veterans here for sure. If I lived anywhere within 30 minutes of this place, for sure this would be my gym home.
I've dropped in at CF boxes across the US for periods between 1 visit and a month. This is above and beyond the best I've ever been to. The coaches are outstanding, particularly Bruce, and the owner is very accommodating to us out-of-towners. Additionally, the regulars were very welcoming, which is not the case at many CF boxes. Within a few sessions we felt like regulars. 10/10 would go again, and if I were local I'd be a member without a moment's hesitation. My only regret is that they were out of shirts, because I'd genuinely like to represent and advertise for this establishment during the rest of my travels.

Great community. Friendly staff. They kick your butt everyday...but hey. If you want easy and no results, you can go to orange theory.

Swung by for a drop-in - very friendly members and coaches! Nice facility too, plenty of equipment and a good "mile" run (straight down and back a road)

Super community. Super challenging. Super fun. I knew nothing about CrossFit when I joined and this gym has changed my life.

Dropped in to a Great box! Very clean and organized. Had a great warm-up and an amazing workout with a really friendly group. I'll be taking more then a few things back with me.
