Here they use the Life fitness machines and gear which is good then also what is even better is that they let you come in for free if you are US Military. So much thanks for that. Thankyou!!!!!!!!!
Its okay for a 1990s gym. Functional training equipment is spread between a converted rqtball court and a randomly placed room in the middle of the gym. Neither are good by themselves for functional training. Apparently there is no other gym on post.

I love working out their.. privacy safety, I am a senior retired person these things are very important to me.
The indoor pool was the perfect temperature for lap swimming. I wouldn't get in the Jacuzzi as it had some heavy use lately and needed some attention. Awesome facility overall. Staff very helpful and informative.

Needs yard maintenance badly. Overgrown palm trees. Grass needs cutting & edging. Makes bldg. look abandoned & overly neglected. Reflects on attitude towards service members.

I like place, will be back. It everything you need, CrossFit area, free weights, all types machine and swimming pool.

Really good gym considering how small the base is, but the old man with a beard who works the front desk is extremely rude. Just a very angry way about him.
This has been one of my favorite gyms in all of America. The staff is friendly. The gym is clean. I haven't had any problems with theft in the locker rooms in the 10 years I've used it. They have freeweights up to 150lb dumbells. A pool, cardio and cycling rooms. Huge mirror wall in the arobics room. They have a large sauna in the mens locker room and individual showers with doors.

Great workout center for DOD personnel.
Closed to the general public, unless you're a dependent of allowed personnel. Decent place to workout, reasonably maintained. No such thing as customer service here.

Equipment is in good condition. Has a good amount of weights, crossfit room, rock climbing, racket ball, awesome 12ft deep pool. Basketball court. Anything and everything you need to get your workout on.
All I can say. It is the best gym I ever visit, because it got all the equipment. What ever you think it should be in gym, this gym got it.

Great staff. Excellent equipment.
Nice facility, good variety of weightlifting equipment (Free weights, machines, Olympic/Powerlifting areas, and CrossFit). Faculty is very nice and helpful. Only negative is there is a lot of lazy soldiers who do not pick up their weights when they are done.

This gym is great considering it's free (for military folks)! They recently got new cardio and weight lifting machines. Gets VERY crowded after work - it's best to avoid when busy. Indoor pool is wonderfully maintained. Jacuzzi and dry sauna in the locker rooms.
