Wonderful experience these instructors are a little bit intimidating, at times one of the owners very cool person and by far my fav instructor, but overall it's an amazing place it's small get there early it gets packed easily but definitely worth a try.... more

Started doing Yoga to help aid in my flexibility for weightlifting and help with my back. So far, I have been super pleased with the instructors, the spaces, and the sequencing. Yes, it is similar, BUT I, personally, like the consistency, because, as a beginner, I can get more practice in those poses.... more

This is fast paced power yoga. It could be overwhelming to new yoga practitioners, but it is truly an all-in-one workout: cardio, bodyweight strength, stretching, and core. The instructors are nice and cue well for a general acheivement of the poses.... more
Been using her for years , she is fine. Was a customer there for 4 years. Left because I felt the owner was more worried about her ego than doing a good cut. She got sick once and pawned me off to a guy named Bill who gave me the worst cut I have had since I as 8 years old.... more
