Melissa led us through a wonderful class! I really enjoyed her cues, remarks, and playlist. It was my first time visiting the studio but I felt welcomed and included among the regulars. Thank y'all!!! JD

I love love love this studio! The instructors are fantastic and hands-on without calling you out, the practice challenges you without being too much, and the spot is so convenient! Love the community classes they do, as it makes keeping a consistent practice within budget. I took my first hot yoga class here, and it quickly became one of my favorite workouts. Love this place so much!

Excellent small studio. Mirrors along the front wall so you can see yourself and correct poses.

I usually go to the one in old fourth ward (which is awesome!) but I wanted to try the mindful hot class they do here. Stood in the rain for more than 10 minutes with another person knocking on the door and calling the reception phone number with no answer. Disappointed as I set apart time to take this class.

I like this studio because it's close but trying to find a class package that fits my needs is hard because the bigger the class package the sooner the expiration. This provides little flexibility in how I use the classes.
The quality of the classes are good, but rarely have I had any of their teachers do adjustments. I think adjustments should be a regular part of class to help with form or moving deeper in a pose. It's one of the benefits of a teacher guided class as opposed to doing it at home.
Overall good studio but room for improvement.

Such a friendly atmosphere - welcoming to all levels. The studios are small and the classes varied. Great little retail section in the lobby as well.

The only studio I've ever felt comfortable coming back to. A nice selection of classes to choose from, great instructors, intimate & comfortable environment. I love this place!

I've been to five different studios, but by far the best instructor is Annelise at this studio. She makes you feel comfortable, explains positions and the reasons for doing them well, and overall gives you everything you need to both relax deeply and push yourself to your limits at the same thing. I also love the small size of this studio because it helps enormously to keep you focused and allows you to ensure that you keep your form tight. I highly recommend taking classes here with Annelise.
