I drive over an hour to see a particular instructor at this studio. The last time I went I brought a friend to a sound bath, which I paid for as a gift for her. The front desk people first said I only had one reservation. When I showed them my email that clearly stated I had purchased two, they hemmed and hawed and said "Well, these classes fill up (yes that's why I booked weeks ago) and there may not be room left." They told this to several walk ins who didn't have reservations as well. I was anxious and worried my friend wouldn't be able to join me, and then at the end there was plenty of room for everyone INCLUDING the rude front desk people who were telling people there wouldn't be room. So for all my worrying, it seems the front desk staff was more worried about being about to sound bathe themselves than getting clients in. Paying clients.
I'm here to tell you that feeling unwelcome and unwanted is NOT a vibe you want to get from a studio, especially a studio you drove an hour to for a class you already paid for. I'll gladly drive the extra two miles to the other location in EAV to see my favorite instructor. I will avoid this location from now on.

RUDE!!! I walked in today with my 10 year old son and with a smile on my face greeted the lady at the front desk with "Good Morning". The next thing she said was that I am at the wrong place. No greeting, no smile, not even saying that she suspects we might be at the wrong place. She said " You are at the wrong place". Never going back there again.

I have consistently been going to this studio for 10 months now and absolutely love the vibe! They also offer great workshops and events like the full-moon flow every month.

Just decided to drop in last night and all I can say is WOW! Front desk said to me, no lie, "we're happy you found us and we found you!" Such a warm welcome. Never had that before in a studio. The teacher for my class was incredible. Two very genuine people. So great.
Will definitely be back. Great front desk, amazing teachers, wins all across the board.

Sacred Thread o4w is my favorite yoga studio in Atlanta! I've tried a dozen or so studios the last couple of years, and Sacred Thread is exactly what I was looking for. The studio has a great energy, open and sunny, the instructors are friendly and engaging, and the practice is the perfect balance of mindful and challenging! Plus, there's a wide variety of offerings from yin to vinyasa to power flow--something for every yoga mood! There's a definite sense of community here and that energy lends itself beautifully to a studio practice.

Malerie is such an inspirational teacher. She always has so much to offer to her students. Her energy is pure and enlightening. I highly recommend taking her class. You will get more out of a yoga class than you expected.

Sacred Thread gave a good vibe from the layout of the space to the style and flow of the class. I enjoyed the class that I took and they offer great new student special. If you live in town or are just passing through looking for a yoga class, I would recommend Sacred Thread!

After trying out several different yoga studios in Atlanta, I discovered Sacred Thread. I've taken many classes, with many different teachers in the last few years, including workshops and sound baths. They have all been wonderful. I highly recommend this beautiful studio and this lovely community.

All of the Sacred Thread studios are beautiful spaces that carry their own unique vibe. The Old Fourth studio is beautiful with lots of large windows and high ceilings. The space has a really nice energy and is amazing to practice in.

I recently went on a yoga retreat with Annelise and Nicole to Mexico City through their Sacred Thread Yoga Studio. It was an absolutely outstanding experience and I was challenged every session. Annelise never repeats her tracks so each day is truly a new day. She knew what areas we needed to focus on without even having to ask. No matter if you are a beginner, intermediate, or highly advanced yogi, you should take part in her retreats.

This studio is simply amazing. The instruction you receive allows for continuous growth in your practice, wherever you are in your yoga journey. And the vibe is very welcoming and cool. Nothing cookie-cutter here. Definitely my favorite place to practice in Atlanta!

I am from LA and struggled to find the right studio in Atlanta. This one is amazing. I'm not a beginner but have taken a few beginner classes and thought they were really well taught. But mostly - I do to the more advanced classes and appreciate the vibe here. Will miss it when I leave!
