I attended Body Structure Yoga led by Adriana Carter last evening and I'm SO glad I went! The class used yoga, foam rollers and straps for muscle/fascia relaxation and relief. She's an amazing teacher, very descriptive and aware of the class.... more
Really nice space for both yoga and singing. Augustine's Tuesday and Friday yoga classes are exceptional. And I love Singing for Fun with Elise Witt on Monday nights.. Had an amazing experience here for my first practice! The studio is so welcoming and relaxing and the practice was so therapeutic.... more
Wonderful experience these instructors are a little bit intimidating, at times one of the owners very cool person and by far my fav instructor, but overall it's an amazing place it's small get there early it gets packed easily but definitely worth a try.... more

Started doing Yoga to help aid in my flexibility for weightlifting and help with my back. So far, I have been super pleased with the instructors, the spaces, and the sequencing. Yes, it is similar, BUT I, personally, like the consistency, because, as a beginner, I can get more practice in those poses.... more

This is fast paced power yoga. It could be overwhelming to new yoga practitioners, but it is truly an all-in-one workout: cardio, bodyweight strength, stretching, and core. The instructors are nice and cue well for a general acheivement of the poses.... more
