For a great workout with really good instructors- Labarre is perfect. Toning, strength, flexibility. Plus a great group of women- which makes it fun. This place is amazing! I have tried other barre places but LA BARRE is the best.... more

Great place to spend an hour of good cardio. It goes by so fast and be ready to sweat and burn come calories. I bought my own boots as I liked it so much. Also easy on the knees.... more

I just took a Fire Hour class and loved it. I'm just returning back to yoga and found the teacher to be extremely helpful in her guidance. The class was hot but not humid. There were all these radiant heat panels on the ceiling that made the room hot but not uncomfortable like other hot yoga I have taken.... more

Very good local gym, nice vibes good music just wish they had more squat racks and taller pull up bars..just bars no special angled pull up contraption the gym is perfect if your 5'2 under 6 ft tall tbh.... more

This gym has everything you need with an incredibly knowledgable and friendly staff. I have been rehabbing a knee injury over the past year and found that Palm Beach Fitness, aside from having the standard weight machines and cardio equipment it is also equipped with all of the necessary tools for physical therapy.... more

The customer service is extremely poor. I left my key tag at home so I use my phone number to check in. The associate at the front proceeded to tell me that I had an account from Alabama and that I had a balance and did not allow me to work out.... more
