Amy is the most amazing trainer I've ever worked with. She has a true gift! If you're thinking about hiring a trainer, she nor any of the trainers at Fit and Psyched will disappoint. Amy is super knowledgeable and a true professional. I began training here a few months ago after breaking my hip last year. The results have been unbelievable in such a short amount of time. Far better than I could've ever expected. A big THANK YOU to Amy and the whole Fit and Psyched team. Love you guys!
In the past, I've hired trainers who only stare at me on the treadmill for 30 minutes and call it a "training session." Not at Fit & Psyched!! They have REAL TRAINERS with REAL RESULTS!!
I've been with Fit & Psyched since November, 2018 and I am extremely pleased with my results. Their trainers greet you with a smile everyday and are very professional. The facilities are very clean and smell clean. No matter what my schedule is for the week, their trainers are flexible and work around my schedule to ensure the results I'm looking for.

I have been working out with Dave, Amy, John, and Raphael for around 6 months now at Fit and Psyched. Before joining the Fit and Psyched, I was working out, but with absolutely no guidance, goals, or strong mindset. After joining Fit and Psyched, all the great trainers there have aided in changing my physique to bodybuilding competition standards, but more importantly, my mindset and motivation in life. For this, I am forever thankful and would recommend Fit and Psyched to anyone looking to alter their mental strength, motivation, diet, and physique for the better.
Our son has been going to Fit and Psyched for almost a year now and we could not be happier! The instructors, Dave, John and Raphael have been absolutely amazing. The attention, patience and guidance they've shown has been above and beyond any of our expectations. Everyone has been kind and welcoming from day 1 and every day since! I've been working out here coming up on a year now. This is the best experience I have ever had with trainers. 1x1 or group. Dave, Amy and Raphael have become family. It doesn't matter your fitness level, background etc...they make you feel comfortable and at home. I can't imagine not seeing them every week. I highly recommend them.

I rarely take the time to write a review, however, I feel compelled to share with everyone what a superb training facility and gym Fit & Psyched is. The atmosphere is professional, yet welcoming and friendly and the tone is set by Amy, Dave and Raphael. All three are excellent fitness trainers and motivators. They make your training sessions challenging yet fun. The facility is spotless and I feel fortunate to have found them!!!!!

Their pristine fitness studio, provides a comfortable encouraging atmosphere, yet they push you to train at your highest personal potential. Dave and Amy are great trainers and good people. They helped me lose over 50 pounds in 5 months. I would not have been able to do it without their knowledge and encouragement. They are very inspirational and great motivators. Their studio has a great environment. They got me in the best shape of my life. You can't go wrong with Fit and Psyched.
