The place is well maintained, staff is always making sure it stays clean. Very friendly staff. It's fully equipped. The only downfall I found is that, it's smaller compared to the planet fitness on Monroe and the one on Paul Russell.... more
We had some major issues with our room however Guest services smoothed out all our concerns in a very courteous and timely manner. In fairness to the hotel our issues are a direct result of the recent shut down due to Covid 19.... more
