Awesome iron gym. Get in and out with no hassles and no routine delays due equipment being occupied. My favorite gym by far. And its 24/7.

This is a super nice gym the people here are also very friendly. Equipment are nice and they have everything one would need. Perfect place for anyone who wants to make serious improvements on there body.

Easily the best gym in Tallahassee!! The owners are some of the nicest, most sincere people I've met. They truly care about you and helping you achieve your goals! Any piece of equipment you could need is there, the atmosphere is amazing, the gym members are all like family and help each other learn and grow everyday! To top it all off the the price is unbeatable for a 24-hour power-lifting gym! Honestly, can't think of a single bad thing to say about this place, go try it out once and you'll be blown away!

Stopped in while driving through Tallahassee for work. I can't say enough great things about the gym. It has all the equipment you need to get strong and perform for any sport. Had a chance to meet the owner and i was treated like family from the moment i got there, he even took the time to help spot/critique my bench. I will be stopping by every time im in town. One of the best gyms in Florida hands down.

I went here because my gym had closed due to a hurricane, and I can't wait to go back. I just showed up and got to work. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming.
Perfect place for strongman, powerlifting, olympic lifting, bodybuilding, or anything similar.

Great equipment, great people, great atmosphere, all at a great price. I spent several months in Tallahassee for work in 2016, and Jeremy and Shelly made me feel like a good friend and extremely welcome during my time in town. Plus, where else can you hang out with and get trained by the world's best bench presser, Jeremy Hoornstra?!
