Not friendly to kids older then 4/5. Not the type of place that likes to let the kids have fun, because they act like all the kids need to be professional gymnasts. After 3 classes, which are only an hour long, the teacher wanted to switch my daughter to another teacher because she said she pretty much was giving up on my daughter cuz she couldn't roll or do cartwheels well either.... more

I've been going here since December 2019 for Physical Therapy. Great crew works here and is a top shelf facility with grade "A" equipment. You can not go wrong joining this gym.. Our boys have been training in the youth program.... more
Friendly, helpful staff. Equipment is top notch! Massage beds are great! A+. I like the gym overall--clean, equipment in good shape, but management is not at all responsive to repeated requests to supply enough free weight plates .... more
Nice atmosphere, low lighting, lots of cardio machines, and friendly staff.. This is a very poorly run gym. I normally go at night. The staff at night is very unfriendly, and they blatantly ignore you when you enter.... more
Great place to be. No hassle. No unwelcomed stares. Love it. The manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. This evening two people there an older woman with Ted her and the young skinny manager gave me the hardest time because of my am bag I have been bringing with me for 4 months to work out I carry my inhaler because of my asthma the were very unprofessional- nasty and rude.... more

I go here every day to work out using the threadmill, bike, row machine, SWIM FIT class & more. The staff is great & the instructors are friendly and knowledge.. I have been going here for years and it is always in great shape.... more
