Dropped in from out of town for three straight days of great coaching and workouts. Drop in for a week was $50... But def a sound investment. Coaches were knowledge and environment was clean and safe. And most importantly, workouts were definitely a workout! Would have loved to be able to subsidize my drop in fee with a tank top but they didn't offer that. Def recommend!
I've been doing Crossfit on the Treasure Coast since 2011, going to every gym in the area, and CF Tradition is by far the best in the around. The owners Cody & Becky have created a welcoming, family friendly environment where you can get in shape and have fun doing it. All the coaches are very knowledgeable and attentive to every athletes needs. Its a very encouraging community that caters to all fitness levels. The facility is kept clean and the equipment is well cared for.
This place has seriously reinvigorated my passion for working out. The whole staff are fantastic, motivating, and helpful with nailing down the movements. They also host a lot of events outside of traditional WODs. They even have a shower (ok maybe not a big deal for some, but it is for me!) Very friendly and welcoming community!

CrossFit Tradition is a wonderful box with dedicated and knowledgeable coaches and a great and positive atmosphere! I have been CrossFitting for over four years now, and can say without a doubt that this is the best gym that I have had the pleasure of attending!
