Extremely friendly Staff, my son just started Boxing classes and he loves it there. Super clean and great music at all times, I totally recommend this place.
Coach Byron is amazing! My son just started boxing classes and the very first lesson he learned was to show respect at the gym and at home. I recommend this place to anybody that is interested and beginning to learn the boxing
Best gym on the Treasure Coast without a doubt. The staff knows everyone on a first name basis you are not just another face. Equipment is top notch, and they offer something in just about every fitness category. I will be a lifelong member here for sure

People who come here are non judgmental, and focus on their own workout. They also offer personal training, boot camp style classes for adults, and some classes for children.
