I wish there were a zero star system.
From my own personal experiences, along with the many negative reviews on this site, the owner of this club has a big problem with the truth.
Jason specifically assured me that I was signing up for one month only yet my credit card got charged for a second month.
When calling about the second charge, an employee said that Jason "messed up" by making my membership an annual one. Although he couldn't stop the error, he said he'd have Jason call me the next morning.
Jason never called.
After calling again and finally speaking to Jason, he claimed that he had no choice but to sign me up on a month-to-month basis and that I knew that. Not! He never said that. On the contrary, he said "no problem" when asking if I could sign up for just one month only.
Now to see if he has done what he promised regarding doing the actual cancellation.
This gym owner has a serious credibility issue.
