Lots of machines,Laid back atmosphere.Not very crowded and no big muscleheads running around
This senior needs some classes to keep these joints moving and my endurance up so I can enjoy every day of my life.
Recently started going this gym, and Jason, the staff member, was very polite and respectful! Made this whole experience seamless and enjoyable. From experience, the gym in the morning has no wait times for any equipment, which made my workout fast and effective.
I must say. I may still be slighty new to this gym but from what I have seen the people are very friendly, atmosphere is light, not oppressive feeling. The bathrooms are in wonderful condition. It also helps that the place does not become so overbearing so an introvert like myself can enjoy a good workout.

This place is great. I always feel welcomed and Jason has always been there to help and support us toward our wellness goals.

Worse gym ever. Filthy with broken equipment. After a year I called and canceled my membership. I was told only the owner can do that so I called back and spoke to the owner jason who said he would do it. 5 months later i am still getting charged. This guy will rip you off then say he never spoke to you

I wish there were a zero star system.
From my own personal experiences, along with the many negative reviews on this site, the owner of this club has a big problem with the truth.
Jason specifically assured me that I was signing up for one month only yet my credit card got charged for a second month.
When calling about the second charge, an employee said that Jason "messed up" by making my membership an annual one. Although he couldn't stop the error, he said he'd have Jason call me the next morning.
Jason never called.
After calling again and finally speaking to Jason, he claimed that he had no choice but to sign me up on a month-to-month basis and that I knew that. Not! He never said that. On the contrary, he said "no problem" when asking if I could sign up for just one month only.
Now to see if he has done what he promised regarding doing the actual cancellation.
This gym owner has a serious credibility issue.

It's a gym for people who are serious about working out. Not for guys that want to sit there and take pictures of themselves just to show that they are working out. So if you're serious about working out and know what you are doing than this is the perfect place for you. It has everything you need
