I die and am reborn everyday I step in that gym. Gee and Dandy are hard core and don't believe in excuses. That's way i show up ready, everyday.. Gym is dirty, the Coach on staff isn't around, he asked "do you need anything" I asked what the work was and he then told me word for word what the workout was with no demo to explain the movement or how to start, he then walked away and stayed near the front desk for about the entire class.... more

Great staff! The work out is fast paced and efficient, it gets to the point in in 30minutes. I highly recommend it. Very poor experience. I went Thursday morning. The guy was great.... more
