The new facility on Woolbright and Congress is so much bigger. Much more equipment. Very good PT personnel

I can only say good things about this place. Wonderful staff, caring, & knowledgeable. They truly care about their patients. All the therapists are great! Thank you for continuing to help me feel better everyday. I appreciate you all.

This place rocks! First class operation from the therapists to the interns to reception...everyone is friendly and all know their stuff! They made me very comfortable and trusting and answered all of my concerns while attending to my recovery from a multiply fractured kneecap. I highly recommend Edwin and all of the staff.

This is the first time I have been to a PT and it has really helped me a lot. This place is small but it is not crowded. The staff is extremely friendly and warm. They make it their mission to make you feel comfortable and are getting the attention you require. They are open to questions and explain things very well to the lay person. I highly recommend!

These guys cant get anything right had 9 prescription visits scheduled from my docter and used six and was supposed to schedule 3 more when I was done with my first six which we both agreed upon when asked if I wanted to schedule my last three . I went to schedule them they told me i didnt have any more visits left to schedule. Got on the phone with my case worker then conference called fyzical therapy to get clarification and to find out it's a condition rate and no one is to update the condition other than the doctor. They fervently apologized rescheduled the last three appointments only for me to go in and then be told again that I don't have any more appointments. So then got on the phone with the caseworker again only to clarify that yes I do have to finish my last three appointments rescheduled with a new physical therapist and pretty much done with these guys unfortunately. a little better communication is going to go a long way here but if you like having your time wasted and showing up for no reason this place is perfect.
These guys make it very hard to take my money I'm guessing Woolbright physical fitness won't have a problem with that.

All I can say about the therapist at fyzical therapy & balance center is that I don't think anyone else could have given me the tools to not only get better at the center but they also gave me the tools and knowledge to continue my recovery at home. I thank all of the therapist there and hats off to ED and EDWIN who just happened to be the one's who worked with me the most. Thank you all, Thomas D Coates

All I can say about the therapist at fyzical therapy & balance center is that I don't think anyone else could have given me the tools to not only get better at the center but they also gave me the tools and knowledge to continue my recovery at home. I started therapy for a broken shoulder with Boynton Fyzical in December, 2017. I've had other injuries that required therapy but Ed, my therapist for this injury, has been fantastic. He consistently plans and adjusts therapy sessions based on injury status but more importantly, which modality increases healing and benefits my overall recovery. I'd recommend this facility, the therapists and especially Ed to anyone seeking a solid PT experience.
Additionally, the desk is manned by Ellen, the most professional front office administrator I've encountered while living in Florida. She goes out of her way to ensure all aspects of the therapy appointment and insurance requirements are met and executed.

I can't say enough about how kind and caring the staff is. They work together to assure each client is getting the best care. I never felt abandoned; there was always someone with me to help me accomplish my goal. The facility is sparkling clean and well organized. I wouldn't hesitate to return if I ever need physical therapy again and would recommend to others in a heart beat.

I have been going to this location of FYZICSAL for several weeks for physical therapy following subtalr fusion surgery. All of the physical therapists and interns have been friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Scheduling is easy. The facility is relatively small but not crowded. They seem to have all the equipment they need to deal with a wide range of conditions, including massage tables, TENS machines, weights, exercise bands, balance pads, domes and rockers, and balance bars.

Best physical therapy office in the area. Sadly I've had to visit a few. These guys know their stuff come and give very personalized hands on attention. And Your entire program is approached from a physical, medical and scientific angles.

A few years ago my wife fell and broke her shoulder. Her doctor said he will try to get her back to normal without surgery, as surgery is the last thing he will attempt to fix her shoulder. Dr. Sama sent her to therapy. That was at FYZICAL Therapy, which was under another name at that time. It is still the same team at the same place. She also needed therapy after foot and ankle surgery. Ed, at Fyzical is so knowledgeable and so caring for his patients. He also tries to avoid pain for everyone, whenever possible. I myself had rotator cuff surgery this past April, 2017. My surgeon has been really surprised how much movement and progress my arm and shoulder has shown since the surgery, and told me to continue the great therapy. Thank you FYZICAL and thank you Ed.

ZERO communication from here. Appointment cancelled Friday@ 3pm because they were out of network. Was told they'll call one of the associated offices still in network. Called them back at 10am Monday, got voicemail. Received my callback after 6pm to choose another location and setup appointment. That call would have been very welcome Friday afternoon or by 10am Monday, but after 6pm. Don't waste your entire day waiting on this place like I did.

What an amazing and wonderful group from the gals at the front desk to the therapists. There are just no words to express my appreciation for their kindness and care with treating my serious condition. Edwin is extremely knowledgeable of my medical condition. Edwin and Edward have been very helpful, comforting, understanding and going that extra mile to ensure I receive exactly what is needed to become heathy and whole once again.
