First off what a space! This gym is always sparkly clean and has great equipment on both the CrossFit & Open gym side to include Olympic plates and platform. This crew is warm and friendly and the classes are great! This is a great gym to come into CrossFit as a beginner or advanced athlete.... more
The coaches are very knowledgeable, the gym is always clean, and the workouts appeal to all fitness levels. By far the best gym I have been to. Highly recommend!. I dropped in for a class with my daughter while in town.... more
Josh and his team are amazing. From Sarah at the front desk to Josh himself. I feel 100% safe in his care. He is so smart he could diagnose me in within a minute. He gave me appropriate treatment and exercises to do at home.... more

Today I took a 6 hour Women's self defense class here at the Dojo of Karate, and it was very empowering! Javier was able to show us ways not only to get out of any hold an attacker may try to use but how to counter with something that an attacker just won't be expecting! I just came home and practiced all of my NEW MOVES on my 6 foot tall, 200lb husband and I was able to get out of every hold he tried! I will be taking this class again in the future to make sure all of these techniques become natural instincts! My son has been attending karate classes at this Dojo for almost a year and he has become more disciplined and looks forward to going to karate every week.... more
Great prices and supplements and healthy smoothie bar with lots of options. I personally like this gym, I canceled my 24 hour membership to stay with self defined. The owner is very humble and kind as well.... more
Trainers are good, but high turnover so if u need a specific trainer request it in the contract. There's been an intro of penny pinching ideas and promoting quick weight loss methods that take away from personal training/nutrition IMO.... more

Indoor pools, hot tub,steam room & more to do at this recreation center.. Friendly people, very nice gym with huge pool and jacuzzi. Only $6 for the day. I will definitely recommend this gym to all of my trucker friends when there in Colorado.... more

For the price there are better options out there. What makes me dislike this place is their requirements to cancel your membership. One it has to be in person and two you have to pay to do it.... more
It gets the job done, but it's not great. Their machines are very run down, and their business hours for actually having staff there feels rather minimal. Also, the inside literally smells like a dog kennel.... more
