I personally like this gym, I canceled my 24 hour membership to stay with self defined. The owner is very humble and kind as well. If you need motivation, this is the gym.

Great gym. I went from a smedium to a large in 6 months. Had to buy all new clothes. Owner is very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I canceled my chuze fitness membership due to the lack of equipment. At self defined fitness they have over 100 pieces of plate loaded equipment and tons or leg stuff and upstairs is all boxing and they have indoor track. Ask for the owner Hakan , he will take good care of you.
This has to be the best gym in America .. so much equipment You will fall in love. Not bad for only $35.00 a month
This place is the real mecca , if You wanna get results this is the place. Not bad for just $30.00 a month. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to train at a real gym. Talk to Hakan he will take good care of you.

I worked out here for the summer of 2017. This is, hands down, the best gym I've ever been to. It's a great environment and it has all of the best, old school, bodybuilding equipment. I will definitely be back here every time I come back from school.
Did my first photo shoot there this past weekend. Owner and staff were very pleasant and accommodating both with making arrangements and during the shoot itself. Tons of ironwork and dark, contrasty decor made for getting my clients strong images. Would gladly work with them again.

Hakan and his team will design a unique training plan for you to help you develop the area you wanna work on. A great gym to grow with and build a new, better you. ALL of the trainers motivate, inspire and encourage me like no other gym I've ever experienced
