Trainers are good, but high turnover so if u need a specific trainer request it in the contract.

There's been an intro of penny pinching ideas and promoting quick weight loss methods that take away from personal training/nutrition IMO. Lastly, read the contract and make sure you ask about cancellation policies, who you're training with, etc. Hard to get out!

I started going to Core Progression at the end of 2016. At the time I lead a sedentary lifestyle, had crippling back pain and zero experience lifting weights. Core Progression literally changed my life. Now I am strong, in the best shape of my life and my back pain is essentially gone. Jon taught me the tools and even after several years of consistent training I still keep coming back because the sessions are that good. The more I improve the more challenging the sessions become and that is why I never plateau.

I couldn't recommend Core Progression more. I joined the 6 week challenge and started seeing results immediately, and decided to stay on. The trainers and management are great. Definitely go in and give it a shot.

I did the 6 week challenge and had amazing success!! The trainers are amazing, Eric is super supportive and while exercise has never been high on my list of likes, I looked forward to each and every class, even the 5:30am ones!! I would have signed up for more if it was closer to my house, but will definitely be there when they open a downtown Denver location

The trainers are amazing, Eric is super supportive and while exercise has never been high on my list of likes, I looked forward to each and every class, even the 5:30am ones!! I would have signed up for more if it was closer to my house, but will definitely be there when they open a downtown Denver location

I participated in the 6 week challenge and this week was my final weigh in. I must say. I have never stuck to anything with regard to my health much less my weight, but with the guidance and assistance I received from Eric and the classes I took with Kyle, I managed, not only to lose pounds and inches, I also turned around my eating habits and each much
healthier. I no longer look for an excuse not to work out. I actually look forward to going 3x's a week. I just signed on to continue this new adventure and I have a new outlook on life and my health thanks to Core Progression. I highly recommend if you need help getting back on track.

Core helped me reach a goal I never thought I could attain in such a short time! With a strict meal plan and great trainers who keep workouts fun and challenging, I was able to lose weight, see my body change, my energy increase, and feel proud of my accomplishments. I really liked my experience here! Staff was great, super personable and friendly, as well as knowledgeable. The head trainer Eric was great. He gave lots of time and effort to every single person in the program. I will be back!!!

My trainer is Will Goodwin and he is awesome! Will has been so patient with me regarding my fears over a previous injury. By the same token he has been very motivating to get over myself, get the job done and get to work. He is very knowledgeable and a great teacher! I feel he has always had my goals in mind. Will's enthusiasm and the general overwhelmingly positive atmosphere at Core Progression makes it such that even on the days of my toughest workouts, I feel great because of my progress. I am stronger, more healthy, better toned, and 20 pounds lighter.

I have been training with Erika at the Northglenn location for the past 11 months and could not be happier with how my life has changed because of it. I originally started with Erika a few months prior to my wedding to get in better shape and feeling my best for my big day and I was so impressed with the professionalism of her as well as within the facility that I did not want to stop after my wedding. They offer such custom plan to whatever you are looking for. They have different length of sessions, range of sessions a week, a multitude of classes and I feel like I didn't have to fit into their plan, they fit into mine. I would highly recommend Core Progression to anyone who is thinking of starting a fitness plan in their lives. My best three days of the week!

I highly recommend Core Progression for whatever your personal fitness goals may be. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable, motivating and friendly. I've been training with Nick and throughout our sessions there have been variations and adaptations to functional movement patterns, exercises, nutrition and/or recovery regiments which constantly keep my body acclimating. As a Chiropractor and a client, I highly recommend Core Progression!

Jon is extremely motivational and doesn't use a "one size fits all" approach with his clients. Ive been working out for years and have seen better results in a few months working with Jon. If you're ready to get fit and see amazing results go see Jon at Core Progression!

I've been working out at Core Progression for 6 months now. I really enjoy going there as many days as I am able. I feel very challenged, am seeing great results and have fun doing it. All of the trainers are great and I love the variety of classes offered. Everyone is very knowledgeable, helpful and motivating. I love Kyle's Saturday Total Body morning class. It's a great way to kick off the weekend. Johnny's Sunday Technical Lifting class is a real change of pace. He takes time to teach you proper technique which I really appreciate. Kelly and Erica always bring variety and push me to my limits in a good way! If you need motivation and change, you will not be disappointed! You have to be willing to do the work but the rewards are worth it.
