Great spot to get your workout on! Always had an issue with not knowing what to do when I got to the gym, not a problem anymore. Having all the workouts show up on a screen works great! They have stretch bands and other items you can use to suplelment your workout.... more

Great alternative to the Firestone location!! Firestone always seems dirty..Least helpful customer service I've ever seen!!! Go to any other gym stay away from this one. Though I do understand that they are a business, due to the epidemic we are facing they are closed. Which means I cannot use any of the facilities they own. My issue with that is they made sure to take not only the annual fee but also the monthly fee.... more
Neat gym clean and friendly staff but 730 dance class is waaaaaay loud, music blasting with doors wide open as if they were the only ones in the gym, I pay a membership and shouldnt HAVE to listen to their music and instructor yelling constantly throughout my work out, earbuds don't even cut it.... more
