Great spot to get your workout on! Always had an issue with not knowing what to do when I got to the gym, not a problem anymore. Having all the workouts show up on a screen works great! They have stretch bands and other items you can use to suplelment your workout.... more

My kids have been taking parkour classes here for about 6 months. They absolutely love going, love the coaches, have fun and gain some great skills. My son can be challenging and the coaches are great with him.... more
First off what a space! This gym is always sparkly clean and has great equipment on both the CrossFit & Open gym side to include Olympic plates and platform. This crew is warm and friendly and the classes are great! This is a great gym to come into CrossFit as a beginner or advanced athlete.... more

Trainers are good, but high turnover so if u need a specific trainer request it in the contract. There's been an intro of penny pinching ideas and promoting quick weight loss methods that take away from personal training/nutrition IMO.... more
Absolutely the best place to go with kids. My kids are 8 and 10 and we've been to Sky Zone before but decided to try Progresh. The kids had so much more fun here. Mike taught them how to do front flips which they can't stop talking about now.... more

It apears the staff is friendly and good with the kids however, I wonder how clean the facility really is and how well they disinffect the place as it always has a smell when you walk in.... more
Indoor pools, hot tub,steam room & more to do at this recreation center..Friendly people, very nice gym with huge pool and jacuzzi. Only $6 for the day. I will definitely recommend this gym to all of my trucker friends when there in Colorado.... more
