Friendly people, very nice gym with huge pool and jacuzzi. Only $6 for the day. I will definitely recommend this gym to all of my trucker friends when there in Colorado.
the instructors switch over the course of the class several time and many times they don't even show up to the final day not leaving a progress report either. We don't know what elements our children have made progress on and what they have missed and even what level we should register them in next! They keep apologizing but don't even know how to follow up to clarify. This has happened more than once to us and we spend a lot time and cost transporting the kids, and staying with them to learn something but we don't get the outcome or clear feedback as to what our child progress in swimming is like. The management is pretty abysmal and the classes seem very disorganized and not communicating with parents. Our car was broken into in the parking lot on the first day of lessons costing 400$ and they said the parking is too dark to see anything in the security cameras but they said they could see me walking to my car. The area is scary and unsafe and the city doesn't even bother providing a safe parking for the parents with enough lighting or quality cameras to ensure safety of families. Do not take your kids here!
The kids live this rec center, not bad for five bucks!!
This place is just so well run. Lots of equipment, nice pool, friendly staff, good locker rooms, and everything works. I love all the TVs they have around and they play good music over the PA system. Their prices are very reasonable, too. It's just a very pleasant experience going here.

Great fitness center. The staff is so friendly and nice. Not too crowded. This was the first month my son took swim lessons here. The teacher, Ms. Rachel is great. She is just a good teacher. The lessons are great, my son is having fun and learning to swim. The classes are affordable, they offer different times to fit with anyones schedule and they have several skill levels. I definitely recommend this center for swim lessons and your fitness needs.

Nice quiet place. Racquetball courts are rarely fully booked up and the steam and sauna are great.

A rec center pool and small fitness center This pool can be extremely busy after school and work. The pool hosts several swim teams as well and lessons and a very popular aqua exercise class. Due to popularity It can sometimes be difficult to get a shared lane to lap swim after work. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. This facility has pool baby pool small hot tub steam room dry sauna. Racquet ball court free weights a small fitness center with a few types of fitness machine as well as some weight machines. The facilities are kept clean but sometimes due to the heavy use the showers could use a bit more of freshening. The co ed steam and sauna is very popular and can be a challenge to get a seat but there is usually room to stand. The pool is kept on the cooler side due to swimteam. The parking lot is an odd design. The building has a few popular parking spots in the front but most spots are in the back of the building. It can be a schlep with your gym bag and kids. The back parking lot Is not well lit and recently I had an encounter a homeless man that was following me walking uncomfortably close behind following me muttering in the back parking lot. I had to throw my bag down and confront him but luckly he ran off. There was no one else around So always at least have your cell ready if walking alone. The rec center is located right on a bus stop so you don't have to drive here if you don't want. I really think that due to popularity, Westminster could use a bigger facility at this location. I think it is well run by staff its just overcrowded. I gave it 3 stars due to it can be hit or miss to use the facilities. You really have to have an open mind and plan b or c to workout here after work.

I go there for Rest and Relaxation, very Clean. I use the the Sauna and the Hot Jacuzzi and they keep the water temperature at the proper degrees. The Swimming pools are very Clean

Great place to play wallyball, swim, racquetball, lift weights or run. Very clean. I would give it 5 stars but they no longer give military discounts.

Very cheap if youre just visiting or a member. Fun time in pools, hot tub, and sauna. Great gym.
Sorry, I must edit my review. I WAS Enjoying being able to be active again, until the swim teams and classes started. Now if you aren't retired or work nights, the pool is pretty much off limits. One lane until after 7pm is crazy (and only having 90 minutes if the swim club gets out on time) Not to mention the lessons in the open swim area. Who can go that late at night and still have supper before bed if they work a day job. It seems that the pool is only for kids and retired people. I'm handicapped and swimming is about the only exercise I am capable of anymore but it seems like even that has been taken away to just weekends, well, when there isn't another swim meet and the pool is closed. So much for membership privileges.

Very nice place with adult and child's swimming pools. This also has an upgraded gym. They have a reception room that we've rented several times for different occasions & they've set it up & cleaned after for a very reasonable price. Very clean & the staff is very helpful & friendly. *****5 STARS.
Very nice staff and the facility as well. They do not enforce spa rules here so if you are wanted to use the jacuzzi for therapeutic or medical issues. This is not the best place. kids jump in and out and run around the jacuzzi although the rules are on the entrance. The lifeguards ignore it. The steam room and sauna are very very small. About 4 people can fix here ( if you don't mind being next to someone) or 6 if you want to be shoulder to shoulder. The rest of the facility is nice.
Best gym I've belonged to yet.

There is a weight room ,cardio room, raquetball room, swimming pool and play area outside.
I like the steamroom and sauna after working out.
I never have to wait in line for machines.
The usual misbehavior as any gym occurs (people don't wipe down a machine when they are done), but it's not for lack of cleaning fluid and paper towels
This is a nice spot to take the kiddos swimming. Highlights:
1. Newly (within the past five years) remodeled children's pool.
2. For summer: extensive outdoor splash pad, and a regular play/climbing area as well. Plentiful chairs and picnic area.
3. Indoor lap lanes
4. Decent-sized free swimming area
5. Diving board
6. Hot tub
7. Inexpensive swimming lessons for Westminster/Hyland Hills residents from infancy through adulthood.
My one complaint as a parent of a young child in swimming lessons on weeknights is that the water aerobics class completely dominates the pool when it's in-session with their ridiculous sound system volume. We've complained to the swimming supervisor that our child is unable to hear (he actually had to yell his introduction over the music) however someone has continued to have to ask them to turn down the volume at every subsequent lesson. It's very inconsiderate to other patrons who are ALSO paying for classes that one class dominates the entire pool with their sound system.
Great location & really like the pool & staff. FYI ...If your cute, be aware there is a couple of pervs there hounding women.
