I really enjoyed the workouts in the gym as well as online during the covid-19 isolation. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They keep you motivated and constantly instruct you to do the movement correctly.... more

UPDATE: The studio owner reached out to me personally for feedback and was very sweet. It's clear customer service and loyalty is important to them. I'll update further after going back to try another class in a week or so! I understand that Pilates classes vary but we had a guy instructor and it was difficult because there was was little correction the entire class and hardly any warning about transitions.... more

Jamie is amazing, the studio feels like you are taking private sessions, there is a variety of reformer machines and Jamie is very attentive to the different needs and skill sets of all of us attending classes.... more

Not a bad gym, I truly like it because unlike my previous gym which was Crunch Fitness, this gym is much more low key and there has never been nearly as many people so if you're looking for a more quiet gym this is definitely one to consider.... more
