The only reason this gym is getting good reviews is because they are offering free training sessions for those who give them a 5 star review. Do not waste your time here. Very very limited machines, staff is inappropriate and showers typically smell. highly do not recommend

This place is a dump the showers often smell like sewers and the staff here gives off bad vibes. I'd avoid at all cost. First bad review I've ever had the displeasure to leave. I've been a loyal member here for over 2 years, and I have to say this place went downhill fast, the GM Caleb as well as the owner don't understand how to run a gym. AVOID at all costs. F-

Honestly, this gym is like a gay bar with weights. Only highlight is they have slim Olympic style plates. If you're looking for women in yoga pants doing butt squats, like me... go to Lifetime!
This is a pretty legit club. Super friendly staff and not over crowded. What I really miss is the class (it was like a small group personal training session) they used to have for free but because it was a small class they discontinued it. They do have a pretty good variety of other classes though. Maybe I'll to give those a try.
A few weeks ago I went back to the Club after not going for a few months. I was so pleasantly surprised to meet John, the head trainer. He told me to get changed, and he trained with me right then and there! I have never worked with a trainer before, and he lined me up to train with Tyler White. It couldn't be a better match for me. Tyler challenges me, encourages me, and genuinely cares about me. He is also helping me with my nutritional choices. Last night John stopped by while I was working out to help me with an exercise I am struggling with. I finally feel like I "belong" at this Club. I'm so thankful I gave it another try!!

They have outrageous annual fees that they are more than happy to charge you before your monthly dues. I've been trying to cancel with them for months! And now that my year is up they made sure to charge the annual fee before my monthly payment came out. This place is down right dirty and money hungry. I'm extremely disappointed and will never recommend this place.
This is a nice gym with a good variety of things to train on and get a good workout. Check them out if your down in the Lone Tree area.
I've been going to this Gym for the last 5-6 years and have seen it when it was at its worst, to now being 5x better! After the new management it's been a lot cleaner, organized, and the customer is always thought of first! Friendly staff to greet you at the door, check in, and walking in! Caleb Rupp has done a great job to get this gym up to what it should be and more! There is nothing to complain about here, it's a great place to get a workout in, train with a trainer, and relax in the sauna! Keep it up TruFit Lone Tree!

First of all, Customer Sevice of the year award goes to Caleb Rupp. Super professional & friendly, showed me around the AMAZINGLY awesome facility. If you're in the Denver area, I HIGHLY recommend this place for your cardio, strength, conditioning and mind calming needs. Great staff, great gym.
