Great way to burn a ton of calories and meet new people. Priced way better than most other fitness classes for unlimited workouts.Good workout, kind people. I just wish there was more of a sparring aspect, but to be fair, you can get one on one classes and they don't tout themselves as a self-defense gym.... more
I've been a member since December 2017 and this is easily my all-time favorite place to workout and the only place I've been able to consistently stick with. Each instructor brings their own unique twist to the classes so I'm always being challenged, and I've never been in better shape.... more
Great staff, clean facilities and a killer workout! After my first class I was sore for days, but I still came back as soon as I could for round 2. Every instructor has a different style, and it's interesting to find what works best for you while also being able to work at your own pace.... more
