Loved this new place for me. The Gym area is well more the expected with a few more machines for added leg routines that are not at my home gym . The locker area, showers, hot tub with both steam room and sauna are very well maintained a d spacious along with super clean.... more

Best local gym going what with wonderful modern, clean, full-service amenities and excellent, friendly staff to help...Kate, Dorian and too many to name. Not over-crowded. Highlight for us the saltwater lap pool.... more
