Great studio and location. Grace is an excellent instructor! I've had a few shoulder surgeries so I've recently turned to yoga. Although I'm new, Grace and her crew made me feel comfortable, and strong. Also, her playlist is ON POINT!
Alyssa Da, Katerina Po, and Jaynie keep me coming back to CorePower. I get SO excited every time I get to take their classes, and revolve my schedule around them. I highly would recommend them to anyone, and leave better every time I leave the studio. Thankful for their time, energy, and positivity:)

Awesome facility with great, authentic and caring teachers. Always a great work out. I love HPF (hot power fusion.) Used to do a lot of bikram, but this is a great one-hour class that works better for me.

Core Power is the one workout I have found that does everything! Builds core strength, stretches that make your body more lumber and cardio for the burn not to mention teachers are awesome. Great community very welcoming! Been a fan for a long time!
