They have activities for every age and fitness ability. It's a great place!.I've been coming to In-Shape for 2 years now and it's always a great experience. My 3 year old loves the ladies, they are always so attentive with all the children and that is very comforting.... more

Place is dirty!! I will not be going back!!.You can't beat $10 a month. The lady that runs this place is very sweet and conversational. The only drawback is that there is limited equipment, it seems like something is always count of order" which may leave you unable to use the machine you want to use.... more
