I just joined yesterday with my neighbor. Anne was great signing us up. Today Justin helped me with getting a routine going with the weights. I'm exciting about getting my abs firmed by the summer. Justin also reminded me about the information I did get from Anne to take advantage of the trainer so I can have a total workout that fits my individual fitness needs. Thank you Planet Fitness.

I canceled my membership. They gave me no problems it was quick and easy. I really enjoyed coming to this gym for the past 2years. Everyone was friendly and focused. They could get better music...but then you can always bring your own.

The young lady that took care of me was super nice.. it was a completely different experience with her the first time I went to visit place there was like five workers all standing together talking not paying attention to the clients.
But this time it was a good experience I will go back because of this young lady

Good place to work out quietly and normally. It's a little dim on lights which might give some headaches at first but you get used to it. There is a stepper machine that's been out-of-order for months .And they restock on soap machines a week after it's out. So not a very timely gym...

The facility is clean the equipment is always available and working, staff needs to be a little bit more knowledgeable. Of the services they provide

I enjoy going to planet fitness anytime I want to.. I usually go between the hours of 8 pm and 2:00 am.. There is usually a young African American guy there working.. He is very nice and helpful. I get to use all equipment and machines for a great price.. Hopefully one-day planet fitness will expand and get pools and basketball courts.. That'll be awesome.. There is so much land out here to expand. I would definitely recommend planet fitness to everyone..

I like this fitness center, its not over crowded, lots of machines, its clean, I'm fluffy and the other guest treat you respect so i never feel self conscious and that's nice, the staff is helpful and they have plenty of tanning beds!

Nice staff and pricing is very affordable way to exercise. Good massage chairs for Black card members. Not too crowded either. Despite the pressure for (only automatic payment option) that ALL Planet Fitness facilities have so I don't blame them.

Planet Fitness is a great entry level gym that is perfect beginners and anyone looking to stay fit. They have the right amount of equipment to work all body parts and a friendly staff that is always willing to assist and answer questions.

Beware! If you have to cancle by mail like me you will get screwed. They just tell you they never received the letter and keep charging you. I have been charged 5 additional months now and it still has not been cancled. I guess I have to drive 300 miles to come cacle my membership. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF ESTABLISHMENT!

Great place to work out. I think of this place as a little more then a gym they have class you must make appointment for nice addiction to the place. No spin or aerobics. Guidance class helps you get where want tobe.

This place is a dive... The bathrooms and showers are disgusting! I have asked every employee there for months to clean the showers. They are always like ok sorry about that we'll take care of it, but it never gets cleaned.. I recommend going somewhere else!

called yesterday to get prices and a few questions answered. someone named rafiel answered the phone and he was so freaking polite i have never felt so much love off a phone call im not sure if he is the manager or not but just had to give the guy kudos ill definitely be signing up on friday!!! very excited judging off of everyone reviews looks like a great place to work out

Very clean and worker nice , no one judge you and you can go to any machine and they have stations for after use clean up.

Planet Fitness in Victorville is actually a great place to work out. Not only do I get a personal trainer they help you keep your goals and the exercise equipment is awesome.
Not even Bally's or L.A. Fitness could not compare. The employee's of Planet Fitness treat you nicely and don't make you feel ashamed to be fat and wanting to lose weight.
I'm a large person weighing 350 pounds, I may not be able to fit on certain machines like everywhere else but they work with you to combat what that exercise was meant to do. Planet Fitness is a great place to workout they have you doing working out on several areas of the body each day that way your body gets used to working out.
Best of all is the hydro massage chair relaxes to tense and aching muscles. Also I have never seen a fitness center that even offers TANNING..... And you cannot beat the price. I'm a black card member and I pay $21.99 a month. Couldn't pass up that deal.

Let me start off by saying that the employees at this location are way over paid. They stand around in the front doing absolutely nothing but having extremely loud conversations with each other. Meanwhile the trash in the restrooms are full and they are all out of toilet paper. There are paper towels on the floor around the trash cans because the trash is rarely taken out. The floors are dirty and the machines are dusty. This place needs an entirely new staff. In the end I guess you get what you pay for. I will now be joining 24 hour Fitness!

Great facilities. Plenty of free weights available. I usually go in the early mornings so I'm not sure about the afternoons and evenings. The showers are well taken care of

It's not as big as some other gyms in town but they have all the basics you'll need to get in a good workout. They have treadmills, stationery bikes, all sorts of weight lifting machines, a body weight area with monkey bars, straps and medicine balls; and there's also a space in the back where you can use the mats they provide to do yoga and stretch. There's also freeweights and a few squatting tracks; the only problem is that there's always people using them so you have to wait your turn sometimes. The people working there keep the place very clean; there's apparently one in-house trainer, showers & lockers, there's no fancy classes, no pool. It's inexpensive to train here at $10/month but for $10 more you get to use the tanning and massage rooms, and you also get to invite a friend to train with you.
Long review short: it's a good, clean, cheap gym that can often get crowded.

I'm seeing the results I want! Trainer Matt pushes me when I feel I can't do another rep. Its my happy place!
