It's to small and the equipment is super old it's time they upgrade.

This place is clean, but most of the bars are bent and the equipment in the bathroom has not worked for months

Well. On the plus side, it is empty and easy. Negatives, compared with other 24 hour fitness locations it has many negatives. The equipment is quite old, some is 20 year old plus. Shared showers with zero privacy. I didn't see an employee anywhere. And finally it isn't actually 24 hours, only 4am to midnight. On the plus side, you can get a good workout without waiting for anything which is awesome, but don't expect it to be like the 24 hour fitness down in LA.

I only was staying in the area for a month or two. I live out of the area. I walked in and spoke with a man named Daz. He was wonderful. He understood what I needed and worked with me. He is very pleasant. Thank you.

Totally decent active location. Given the smaller size, they manage to fit a lot in there without making it feel cramped.

I've been coming to this gym for nearly 8 years. It is a decent gym. Its not the most high tech or glamorous, but it has what I need to get all workouts in. Only gripe is that the AC in here doesn't blow cold enough during the summer.

I love the classes, cycle, body pump and bodycombat .. the instructors are awesome. .. Irene and Rosallyn are amazing...Mona and Angier are so much fun.. this is my stress free and me time. .
