They work at your level and modify all work outs for the extremely advanced to the new beginner. They also educate you on nutrition to achieve the very best results. Wonderful commradery, lasting friendships, and lasting results are made here.

I wish I read the reviews before I signed up. Trying to cancel is literally impossible. You basically have to move out of state in order to cancel. I had moved outside their 25 miles and they will not cancel my membership even when I showed proof of my new address unless i paid my current month the following month plus the fees. And they continue to bill you unless you pay. They wont cancel. What they do not tell you is that it takes 30 days to process from the date your letter is postmarked. They are just looking to take your money. Horrible, horrible experience. Makes me want to avoid any and all gyms in the future.

Great place to workout great staff
I've been going here for almost 2 years and still like it a lot. Its not huge, but it has everything needed to get the job done well. Not overly crowded either but on the occasion. Staff is nice, especially the owner. Never had any issues other than machines occasionally breaking and semi long repair times but nothing to really complain about. Also very clean.

I love it! I would encourage anyone looking for a great place to improve the condition of their body to go to this gym. I had no clue what I was doing I just wanted to get into shape so I could walk around the mall with being out of breath. I also didn't want to spend a lot of money because I wasn't sure if I was going to stick with it. This gym is exactly what I was looking for, the staff is amazing, no hidden cost. Definitely check it out if your looking for a awesome place to workout
Good sized facility with well trained and knowledgeable staff. I really appreciate the time they spent explaining the equipment to me and what would work best for my fitness goals. Very positive atmosphere and a fun place.

I like that it's a small gym and not too busy I also like the staff super friendly and nice but the price is kinda expensive compared to planet fitness especially if u get the $20/mo package with massage bed and tanning

To start off. I use to work at a gym so I know how gyms work. If you move more than 25 miles away you have to send in a certified letter. I did that and Karen the "manager" of this so called "gym" states that she never received it. She is harassing my wife and employees at my previous place of employment. If after reading every horrible review about this place you still decide to sign their "contract" do not give her any "references" she will just harass them as well. I would give this place 0 stars if I could but I guess a bad review and complaint to the BBB will have to do.

They want u to mail a certified letter to some location thats literally across the street but u cant get the address unless the managers there. They will continue to bill u even after u send the letter.
Not to mention the facility is tiny and the treadmills are always broke down. The childcare center is a joke!
Its a room the size of a closet with old gross toys... dont go here!
The equipment is a little on the old side. The trainers are nice.
Katherine, promise I will be back soon and working out again. Great location for Apple Valley residents and seldom a wait time on the machines. I go early so that could be the reason, lol
