Took a yoga class there on vacation and think about it at least once a week. Was so awesome! Great gym. Nice staff without interfering in work out.. Receptionists are useless... classes were canceled multiple times without notifying the members, overcrowded, dirty, equipment is dated.... more
Craig and Morry are the great staff I know helping every one with smile and positive energy.These two persons are the only great things I see here. Why I gave here two stars: 1-Too busy, it takes usually at least 15 minute to find a parking space in the parking lot, it is also too busy inside, you should be aggressive to get access to the tools you want, specially between 5:30pm to 9pm.... more

A nice variety of classes available every day. Talin is a wonderful instructor. She makes you feel comfortable and does a good job introducing you to the equipment, etc. Once you "get it", things get progressively harder but only to your ability level.... more
