Lifeguards are passing out from the heat due to inadequate ventilation. The pool guards sit beside is a 88 degree In-door pool while the weather outside is 90-105 degrees. While Aquatic director Brady whitehouse sits in his air coniditioned office with the window closed. The Aquatics Director is oblivious to these hazardous conditions which endagers the lives of lifeguards and members who are actively swimming.
Any pool related questions people have usually go unanswered and ignored since nobody is ever present to address them.
Dirty facility, Found a Cockroach in the pool.
1 life guard for 35 + people. Chances of a fatal drowning occurring are very high sadly.
Aquatics director Brady Whitehouse shows up 3 or 4 times out of the week for 3-7 hours.

If you are ever looking for the aquatics director Brady Whitehouse you might find him displaying questionable behavior and chatting with his girlfriend Risa at the front desk. That is where he spends most of his time through out the day
The person who is supposed to be in charge is Lionnel he sits in the back of his office eating and hiding. He'll pop out eventually to "act" like a boss chewing his bubble gum like if he is some sort of super star.
Lionnel is negligent and refuses to resolve these issues concerning the workplace environment. He is good at Making arbritary rules that aren't helping to solve the issues that are brought to his attention.
Robert isn't all that bad he shows up real calm and glossy eyed and keeps to himself.

This gym is not that good. It is filled with little kids and is not a clean area. The swimming pool usually only has two lanes open which are really small. The other part of the pool is swimming lessons on the third lane or family fun with kids playing around. This gym is good for family to go in once for fun but not for someone who is serious to get in shape.
I go here almost everyday and I am on ten basketball team everyone is amazing great place I love it it keeps getting better and Better one of the best people coach Jimmy and Anthony
New swimming teacher , very horrible. Didnt try at all to make my son feel safe and was just skipping him instead of making him feel safe and helping him to learn how to to the exercises. She looked like she was just trying to finish things up quick , no patience at all .

Poor management conducted by representatives at this location. Workout classes are okay. But there is never supervisors when an issue arises. Say they will get back to you, but never do. Sent by director Ashley Davis, "Thank you for sending this over, I am going to discuss this with my leadership team and get back to you tomorrow afternoon with next steps." At no given moment did she get back to me with the next steps. Not a family friendly environment, nor a location I'd want to be associated with any longer. Do not recommend this location to anyone. If I knew this is how I'd be treated I would have NEVER signed up for a membership here. Main director named Sue did not get back to me on my complaint against this location. What type of YMCA locations is this company running. Does not show that they provide any beneficial customer service. Explains the low rating for this location.

Tiene una forma mal de haser seguir las reglas, estoy yo parada para entrar a la class de natacion de mi hijo Que pague aparte extra a la membresia y no me deja entrar por Que estoy acompañada de mis sobrinas a las Que llevo a visitar para Que se convenzan de entrar y pagar una membresia para ellas y me dise Que por Que son menores de edad no las puede dejar pasar y mi hijo tampoco puede entrar solo y pierde su class de natacion Que ya pague y con toda la arrogancia me sierra la puerta, pero a un lado pass un americano joven y su membresia tiene vencia ya por tres meses y solo le dise ... ok pero pagas la proxima vez Que vengas y lo deja pasar??

Ojo... Mi membresia es familiar... Y nunca he compravado Que mis hijos estan legalmente bajo mi custodian, nisiquiera Que son mis hijos ... Por Que tengo Que comprovar Que mis sobrinas sin estan bajo mi custodia legalmente??
I love the pool! The staff is really nice, the gym itself is kind of broken up in a weird maze but once you get use to it its cool.

Great Y, gym equipment extensive and new.
I lost my wallet there and the staff did everything in there power to help me find it. The staff is super helpful. I love the girls at the daycare center they are awesome.
This is by far the least organized YMCA I have visited. There is not an up to date schedule for the basketball courts, and the staff (who are nice people) have no idea what is going on. I called ahead of time to ask if the courts would be available, staff member looks at the out of date schedule, and says sure come on over after 7:00. I arrive at the gym, and they have them reserved for youth sports. I have no issues with it being reserved, but do not waste your members time by saying it's available when it is not. And just the day before, I had previously called, same thing, they said to come at a certain time, and that there will be courts that are not reserved, and they were not available. It's honestly very frustrating when it doesn't take more than a few minutes to update schedules, or at the very least to take the time to update the staff members on the hours of certain parts of the facility.
They need new everything smh the employees r great but courts r always closed daddy care looks dusty weight smells even wen no1 there

One time my daughter lost her retainers and she was helping us look all over the place, she didn't stop until we found it. She also has great energy, it's contagious! She is always so happy and she always has a smile on her face. There is no way you won't have a smile on your face when you begin to speak to her. This facility should have more people like her!
