A nice variety of classes available every day. Talin is a wonderful instructor. She makes you feel comfortable and does a good job introducing you to the equipment, etc. Once you "get it", things get progressively harder but only to your ability level. Classes start and end on time. Studio is neat and clean. Plenty of free parking. Highly recommend!!!

Takin is an experienced Pilates instructor, years of experience which shows.She is kind, patient, and her classes are small so she can give you the attention to proper form and detail a large group class cannot possibly do.
When you break it down it is so worth the money.
She keeps the place clean and inviting.
