My daughter thoroughly enjoys going to the Factory. She looks forward to the training and Coach E is the best motivational speaker and trainer. Since she began working out at the Factory, she has become faster and stronger. She aims to become a better soccer player and thanks to this facility and its people, she can reach that goal.

Thank you Coach E. for giving my daughter an amazing workout today. She really enjoys the method you use to motivate her, your positive attitude is contagious!! Working hard, but still having a great time = perfect formula for a long term athlete!

Where do I start. It all starts with the top gun which is Coach E. His Ambition and his motivation is by far the best I've experienced. He wants everyone to succeed and will do whatever it takes to make it happen. His staff is the best of the best and very professional with lots of knowledge. They are always there to help and very patient with us all. They have Chropractic care on premises and physical therapists plus one on one training. They have it all. No reason to go anywhere else but the Factory training. Love you guys !!

This was the nicest The Factory Training. I have ever been too, I liked it a lot. A special shout out to the "guy with the afro" who works at the front desk, his customer service is great. I recommend this gym if you are seeking real work out equipment and a lot of pretty people around you ;)

Trainers here push u way to hard. They expect you to be at the level they want on the first day and give no time for improvement. Horrible program, not worth the money. Also they try to run 8 different baseball teams and can't get anything right. Horrible baseball program which I enrolled my son in, not worth it

Okay I give it a 4-star it's 35 minutes from my house not bad I don't mind driving because after it's all over I'm going to make it up to my family and have a nice either sit down lunch or sit-down dinner the kids got a great workout I got a mint yes my kids worked out very well two teenage boys not bad we also met a professional NFL upcoming Star that was there working out I don't want to reveal his name or give any information that I'm not supposed to be given but I got a minute it's a small little place it was very stuffy and needed some air both the coolers did not work so we couldn't buy any sports drinks that's the only bad thing about the place and when you didn't get any attention from any of the coaches that's what it got me upset I will never go back there ever again yes I gave it 4 stars is because other things if you read the beginning which I enjoyed they have to give you a chance to put something down whether it's four stars or not put the good thing about it after the workout my kids got a very good high protein shake I might think about going back but right now I'm not
