I loved working out here. The trainers are fantastic, very understanding, and they push you outside of your comfort zone. I especially liked the CrossFit class, it gets you DRENCHED.... more

The place is good. Cleanliness is well maintain. Atmosphere is good vibes and everyone is kind. The place just need more benches and weights because it gets too crowded. Awesome gym, lots of equipment and very friendly staff.... more
Service was fantastic until I requested to cancel because I'm never in town during their business hours. I have not used facility in 6 -8 weeks already. I was told I still have to pay $99 cancellation fee or continue to provide 60 days notice.... more

Great location . Exclent use of space. Great staff and after being down for a extended period, the best steam room in the area.. Enjoy coming here in the mornings, small gym but does contain your main equipment needed to work out.... more
Good facility, but they are always late to open. 15 minutes or longer. I've waited even 30 minutes, then ended up leaving. This is a business just like any other place. If it weren't for the customers, they wouldn't be in business.... more
