Good facility, but they are always late to open. 15 minutes or longer. I've waited even 30 minutes, then ended up leaving. This is a business just like any other place. If it weren't for the customers, they wouldn't be in business..

very deceptive sales principles - won't cancel your membership by phone or in person on weekends. raised price of annual fee without notice. Sales rep didn't explain the annual fee in addition to the monthly fee. Doesn't response to e-mails. broken equipment that takes MONTHS to repair. not worth the cheap prices. far better gyms elsewhere

I've been back and forth with this gym and since they've changed their policies and workers things have been a lot smoother and nicer. Everyone so far is great to me and I have yet to have a problem with them. The only thing that does suck a little is the fact when it gets hot it's humid in there and there's no ventilation. But in the same breath you're there to Work out and sweat anyways.

They steal your money. I cancelled in July because I was moving out of state. My niece who was a minor was in my account. I tried to cancel here but the girl said to freeze it. I hesitated and said no because it was my another attached to her membership. The girl froze it anyhow. It's three months later and I'm in another state and they deducted money from my account. They refuse to refund it even though I went in IN ADVANCE and even paid the annual fee of $80 for the two memberships! They refuse to cancel the other one due my niece. And when she tries to call they lie and claim their system is down. It's no wonder they aren't that reputable. Very bad business here. Bunch of young irresponsible employees running this place.

Gym is awesome and has polite employees. STAY AWAY FROM PERSONAL TRAINERS! They work for a company that has terrible customer service and steals your money!

Hours of business sucks summer time way too hot in there. Machines are old if broken takes forever to get fixed not all the bicep and triceps-press-downs are available. I see people bring their own equipment.

This Fitness Evolution is so clean. I come here at least twice a week. I really like the janitor, William Jones, who I made friends with and who is friendly and makes sure everything from the men's bathroom and locker room to the weight lifting area and equipment are very clean.

Be VERY Careful about signing into a contract to go to this gym I signed up a year ago and had buyers remorse about going so I told them to cancel the membership. Two withdrawals later and many talks with the people at the desk the automatic withdrawals stopped . Now a year later because a letter wasn't written and three other things I can't remember that I didn't do I'm getting a letter from "Professional Bureau of Collections of Maryland, INC." saying that I owe $109.75 I haven't received a bill from them in over a year and now they want more to stop who else am I going to receive a bill from after I pay them. I love Golds Gym but I'm sad that they operate in this fashion that I would recommend not go into any contract with Fit U or Golds Gym if they continue in these uber business transactions.
