I absolutly live this particular in shape city they are always very friendly and its always clean this one has a large indoor pool so its nice to b able to work on my legs in the water and it dosnt hurt my back i love the steam room and the jacuzzi it also has a sauna and lots of other fitness equiptment i love this place its my serenity!.... more

The place is good. Cleanliness is well maintain. Atmosphere is good vibes and everyone is kind. The place just need more benches and weights because it gets too crowded. Awesome gym, lots of equipment and very friendly staff.... more
Great location . Exclent use of space. Great staff and after being down for a extended period, the best steam room in the area.. Enjoy coming here in the mornings, small gym but does contain your main equipment needed to work out.... more
My kids injoying bing there .i Maybe this is a great chance for them to get the gym clean and disinfect it . Everybody uses the same gloves throughout the day . Don't get me wrong we love the gym they just need to keep up the maintenance this is a breeding sound for bacteria and viruses.... more
Service was fantastic until I requested to cancel because I'm never in town during their business hours. I have not used facility in 6 -8 weeks already. I was told I still have to pay $99 cancellation fee or continue to provide 60 days notice.... more
Tonight was an extra special session for me so far every session I attend is extra special . A high belt worked with me over and over with the basic foundation to jiu-jitsu . This is a place where you get undivided attention .... more
Good facility, but they are always late to open. 15 minutes or longer. I've waited even 30 minutes, then ended up leaving. This is a business just like any other place. If it weren't for the customers, they wouldn't be in business.... more
