Love the friendly employees, they always remember my name! They answer my questions, always encouraging me and always help if I need it. Very concerned, caring employees!
Although I don't work out anymore ( to busyworking) place is great!
The manager David is great. The new staff there not so great. The old team members were nicer. Still my favorite gym in Stockton. The custodians there are always nice and they keep the gym clean and comfortable.
Extremely bad customer service. I tried to cancel my account in june but they got me to put it on hold so I wouldn't be charged. Now I have charges that aren't paided and I had to pay a return fee. Now when I went to cancel my account I had to pay a 20.00 dollar fee for switching gyms. I have now paided like a 100 dollars for one month of membership. I called customer service and they just talked to me like I was dumb and just talked about getting there money. I never comment negatively if I don't have anything nice to say I stay quiet but this is to much.
Secluded, peaceful, OLYMPIC sized swimming pool!!!!! I heard rumors and was glad that they were true for once. They even have two private family bathrooms! (Besides the locker rooms)
Complete with shower, Sink and private toilet. What more can you ask for after being treated like a VIP! You usually pay extra for this stuff.

Has everything you need if your independent at working out. Good sized outdoor pool, tennis and racket ball courts. A wee bit pricey though

Best free weights section to get in a fast work out. Crowded from 5 to 7pm. Rest of the time it's easy to find machines or free weights
STORY TIME: Beyond dissapointed in this club. The 4th of July this location was open from 6a-6p which i thought was great! 12:00 After my workout, me and my daughter went to practice swimming. To my suprise, no one is in the pool! YES! Then, an InShape staff come up to us and very rudely tell us to get out of the pool. Family swim starts at 1pm. I understand rules and regulations, so we get out and leave. HOWEVER, fast forward to yesterday where the pool is packed and im doing lap swim. Kids and adults were swimming in and out of the lanes, sitting on the lane lines. RUNNING INTO ME WHILE I SWIM. Mildly annoyed at this point, i look around to make sure it is lap swim. Signs up on both sides of the pool. WHY WAS NOONE ENFORCING THIS RULE! YOU HAD 4 (on occasion 5) STAFF MEMBERS OUT AT THE POOL ALL TALKING TO THEYRE FRIENDS AND GIRLS. IT IS NOT MY JOB TO REMIND YOUR EMPLOYEES. Such careless personel i didnt even bother complaining to the employees at the front desk. They seemed very intrigued in conversation, i didnt want to bug them. Very unprofessional- guess you cant expect much from a gym.
Kind of pricy for a fsmily membership or individually but worth it because they have a lot if things to offer. They have an outdoor pool, tenis courts, a basketball hoop, picnic area, kids pool/ daycare, two floors of pure workout machines, a steam room or two I believe, bathrooms for disabled with showers, mens and eomrns showers/ bathrooms/lockers. And a lot of other things i havent mentioned...
Nice clean facility..great customer service..family pool is awesome..pool attendant is great.. especially Ricky..he awesome with kids..all the kid know him by name and they excited to see him..

Last great outdoor swimming pool at bianchi location. Great place in the summer time to bring my son
Guessing the building was repurpose into a gym. While the outside is great the inside is an unattractive maze. People working out in hallways? I'm sure the company had a reason for leaving/making the building as such but I wanted to leave within 5 minutes. The open layouts of older buildings are much Better. However Does it work as a gym? Yes, it was very busy when I went so it's not a deal breaker. I'll just frequent other locations instead

Great equipment. Friendly staff. Almost all clubs clean and fresh. Some of the newer clubs have co-ed steam rooms and saunas, great for couples.
Friendly staff and clean gym. Great indoor tennis courts. Friendly kids zone staff. Machines are a bit close together.
A very popular gym club in stockton with a sauna and very good customer service - and jam/cardio classes ..
Great place for entire family...lots to do.
This Bianchi location is great for privacy because of the 2 stories and divided rooms for different workouts. It also feels like a resort with their outdoor pool and numerous showers. Not to mention their many private racquetball rooms. The bad part is, getting there after 5pm, good luck getting a full on workout with all the people

And they do not forget to say Goodbye and have a good day!
Liked the big pool. Staff seemed friendly. Big area, multiple sports complex. The location is somewhat hidden, easy to miss since you can't really see in the road. I would go back for the pool to swim laps.
Better than the other inshapes brand not even including the pool. The staff is extremely nice and hospitable and dont forget knowledgable.Word of advice, avoid Monday or Tuesday evenings because the amount of people. Also, summer is hell because of the people who want to get in- shape(pun intended) and work on their summer body. The parking lot is rather packed and thin and you have to maneuver through the street to avoid hitting the edges of cars. The equipment is nice but the free weights in this gym are not beginner friendly. They start off at 5 and then all the way to the 100s. But they don't offer weights on the lighter side in the middle of 5-10 or 10-15. Like 8s or 12s. I found this frustrating as a beginner because it would be hard to improve because of the 50% jump I had to do from 10 to 15 . Besides that, I would recommend this gym over any others.
I love this gym. It's not that big but it's a perfect gym to go work out. This is the only gym I am comfortable working out at. Aha anyways, Friendly staff. Also it doesn't really get that crowed here. I go here everyday. But if I get off late on the weekend I'll go to the one in Kelly drive.
Machines are usually working well; staff is useless (army of people doing nothing but checking their phones, hope they're not paid....); quite a few zombies (ppl that wander machine to machine doing nothing in particular, just killing time, filling otherwise useful slots), other locations are better.
This is definitely my favorite in-shape.
The staff here is always very nice, polite and helpful, I usually go at night and the young lady at the desk is always busy taking care of members but still makes time to greet everyone with a warm welcome and a smile.
The trainer Jose is always very kind also along with the other young guys, allthe staff is always polite and helpful which makes for a great experience.
The janitor guy, (can't remember his name) is always keeping everything clean and constantly keeping the weights picked up that all the rude members leave everywhere, he is also always polite and welcoming.
The only problem I can report is THE MEMBERS! The ones that leave the weights all over the floor, it's rude and dangerous, guys go in and try to ego lift but can't put their dumbbells or plates back and if they happen to it's in the completely wrong spot. I think the rack your weights when you're done rule should be heavily enforced and members face consequences for not following the rule, it creates a hazard for other members and is very upsetting.
I use the heavier dumbbells often ( 120's and even 130's) and I put them back where they belong every single time no matter how tired I am, along with the weights left around by others before the staff makes it back in to pick them up. I am seriously sick of it, any members reading that leave their weights all over, PUT THEM BACK OR DON'T PICK THEM UP IN THE FIRST PLACE.
