Service was fantastic until I requested to cancel because I'm never in town during their business hours. I have not used facility in 6 -8 weeks already. I was told I still have to pay $99 cancellation fee or continue to provide 60 days notice.
I won 10 free sessions at Lincoln Center's Wine Stroll. They called me to make an appointment for my 1st session. Alyssa was wonderful. She explained what each machine did. Answered all my questions. I can't wait to start my membership. The health benefits of the machines they have in their spa is pretty amazing and I did feel results on my 1st session with the slim capsule and dry hydrotherapy massage.
Absolutely loved my experience here!! The atmosphere is great! Very warm and welcoming! The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Great prices and I leave feeling so amazing! Definitely need to give it a try if you haven't!!

I'm here 5 days a week for Hotworx, a challenging and transformative workout in an infrared sauna. Detoxing and getting stronger with about a 30 to 40 minute investment is amazing. I love the team, the facilities and the spa services. My fitness home for sure.
So far have had great experiences. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I tend to ask a lot of questions and everyone is very patient with me and answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. I just started the Hot Yoga this week and it's been an amazing experience. The facials are great. Definitely recommend this Spa to anyone wanting to improve their overall appearance.

I especially love the newest addition to the spa Hotworx which I've been going to since last month and I'm obsessed I've never felt better and I'm also really looking forward to some of the new classes starting this month. This spa is definitely a must try you will not regret it!

Went in to get a tan and was helped by a wonderful woman named Megan! She was extremely helpful and had lots of great info! She helped me pick out a tanning lotion and the perfect time.

Megan, Alyssa and Carmen were all so informative when it came to helping me out and reaching my goals.
