I loved working out here. The trainers are fantastic, very understanding, and they push you outside of your comfort zone. I especially liked the CrossFit class, it gets you DRENCHED.... more

Love Ben Mackie Fitness!! My favorite thing about workout here is the variety in workouts they offer and the one-on- one coaching. I had never tired the Pilates reformer and it's become a new favorite addition to my weekly workout! My husband and I were amazed at the difference in how we look and feel since starting!! I absolutly live this particular in shape city they are always very friendly and its always clean this one has a large indoor pool so its nice to b able to work on my legs in the water and it dosnt hurt my back i love the steam room and the jacuzzi it also has a sauna and lots of other fitness equiptment i love this place its my serenity!.... more

Good facility, but they are always late to open. 15 minutes or longer. I've waited even 30 minutes, then ended up leaving. This is a business just like any other place. If it weren't for the customers, they wouldn't be in business.... more
