I had hit my head on a sprinkler head that was in the ceiling of an under-stair storage. I was doing a pivot motion, so hit that sprinkler head pretty hard. I didn't have the "red flags" that would require further treatment from my regular doctor, and so I just went home to heal.... more

Great foreman workout. Even have easy tracks for noobs like me. The routes here emulate outdoor routes and ratings. A climber's climbing gym. Great facility with cool people and a weight loft up top.... more

I found this golf course to be in fantastic shape. They are in the process of rebuilding their Clubhouse as it was destroyed in the fires of 2018. The energy in the pro shop and bar and restaurant awesome.... more

Spinning with Becky on Tuesday at 5:45 am and Catherine on Thursday at 5:45am are awesome! I have boundless energy after class and feel the great effects all day long. Inferno Pilates classes are the most challenging work outs I have ever experienced.... more
I'm a member here. Very reasonably priced, clean facilities. It's very crowded after 5 pm on weekdays which is of course when I go as well so I'm part of the problem right?? It's pretty loud as well, I prefer to wear my own earphones and I can hear the music they play over the sound of my own music.... more
