I was in town visiting, and looking for a place to take a couple of workout classes. It was very easy to schedule online, and all of the staff were very kind and helpful! The studio was clean, provided all the equipment needed, and was well organized. I took sculpt and tone and the mat pilates class, and both were excellent! The teachers gave great cues and options for modifications - so all fitness levels were challenged! Thanks for the great experience, if I'm ever in town again, I'll be sure to stop by!

This is an amazing place i have ever exprienced in my life.all the staff are so nice and friendly.these guys are so expert.i really auggest this studio to everybody. It is possible to see the result just after 2 weeks.it is GREAT place .
