Spinning with Becky on Tuesday at 5:45 am and Catherine on Thursday at 5:45am are awesome! I have boundless energy after class and feel the great effects all day long. Inferno Pilates classes are the most challenging work outs I have ever experienced. High intensity!

Our family has lived within immediate proximity to the Health Club for 30 years and have been a long-standing member with the club - until recently. If you have colleagues or business associates visiting in the area who want a quick work-out, there is a significant risk of an unpleasant experience if you send them to Montecito Heights. "F" for customer service.

I love Montecito Heights Gym- I've been coming here now for about 3 months. Their classes are great and offered throughout the day with lots of options. They have all the amenities you could possibly want. I love going to the cycle classes before work, a great way to start the day.
