I've been going to Bikram Yoga in Bonita for over 9 years. I have not been consistent, but I am trying really hard to get in at least 3 classes per week because I just feel so much better. I commute for work so having time to focus on my flexibility is crucial. My 9 year old son is starting to do half the class now too. Love the studio, Sonia, Tony, Aniken, Jake and all the other teachers. :)

I chose the closest Bikram studio to my home for convenience and was not disappointed. From the owner "Sonia", to all the highly qualified instructors and friendly front desk staff, this business does it with dedication, care and focus. Thanks for welcoming me and keeping a clean, organized and spacious studio in top condition. I look forward to many more classes in our future. Thank you all.

I love that teachers don't embarrass students who are "taking it easy" in the class. I know they are getting paid to teach and guide and "pushing" students to their limits BUT on the other hand, students should not be rudely called out when taking it easy... after all, each individual may have different situations/issues and levels of practice.
I used to "dread" teachers who are over the top and teach the class like a dictator. LOL.
I love Sonia....and even though I no longer live in Eastlake, I drive from Mission Valley to go to this studio!

Best best best place for bikram! it doesn't smell, the teachers are knowledgeable and the facilities are well kept!
