Excellent instructors. I feel energized and well worked out when I leave. I always do a cryo session afterwards across the street which is perfect. Upper pier ave is becoming Health Ave with the solution drips, source cafe, True North Cryo and Bikram.... more
While I truly like this, I got an infection twice being there, so I can't do it continually as they want you to do! The place is clean to the eye, but not clean enough for my body - body knows best in this case how clean a place is.... more

Teacher was rude, a student took a sip of water and got called out because it was not during a break, teacher acted as if the student interrupted the class, I have never been to a studio where they don't let you drink water or take breaks as everybody operates differently.... more

Off-duty teacher told me to go back into the hot room when I was feeling dizzy/nauseous due to overheating. Studio was fine other than the dangerous advice from an ignorant Yogi who feels he knows more about my body than I do.... more

My review is for Joya Yoga Livermore studio. By far my favorite bikram yoga studio. I always have favorite teachers, but in Joya Yoga everybody is my favorite. I believe they have a good process to select the best! This studio has such good energy and vibe and its an amazing way to be healthy in a fun way.... more

I love coming to this place. The setting is small and intimate with a few hard working students at a time. This allows the teachers to give more attention to each student. It feels like the teachers are generous with their time and effort, not just doing a job.... more
