Teacher was rude, a student took a sip of water and got called out because it was not during a break, teacher acted as if the student interrupted the class, I have never been to a studio where they don't let you drink water or take breaks as everybody operates differently. Then I was in my resting pose and the teacher corrected me because my resting pose did not work for her. Im ok with the correction but attitude was very rude and condescending. Avoid Tiffany.
Regular customer since 2012, love the effect of Bikram Yoga. Excellent studio, teachers are very nice n helpful, clean and well maintained facility.
Comitted to excerlence teaching and overall envirment. Highly recomented. I am a memember for over 7 years

Went here for the first time today. I've practice in NYC and Phoenix and this is a really nice studio. Staff was really welcoming and Frank really made me feel welcome as a new member. I appreciate how they don't rush you out at the end and the room was large enough to not be packed so I didn't have to worry about knocking into people. Really good.

They had a $2 - 2 weeks unlimited promotion. When I tried to purchased it, it wouldn't let me do it online. When I called them they gave me the run around. Saying that she didn't know what I was talking about and that she would refer me to the manager. I called back 3 hours later and spoke to the same person and she said "yeah I'm not sure what u are talking about..." but as i spoke to her longer, she says "yeah a lot of people are asking about the same promotion." She then reassured me that the manager would call me back by this evening and OF COURSE I never received a call.
POOR POOR customer service!!!!!

I have visited several Bikram yoga studies (Sacramento, Elk Grove, Claremont, New York, And Miami). Irvine has they best facilities and best instructors. They teach students yoga etiquette, proper form and discipline. Although I only been practicing consistently for 6 months, Irvine is my home studio and whenever I travel to another studio the instructors are impressed by my form and discipline and that is due to the great instructors at Irvine!
I've been attending BYI on and off since they opened. I love this facility. So clean, friendly, welcoming, a true oasis. The instruction is on point. Thank you BYI for being in my neighborhood.

I've enjoyed my times here! They give you time to do Savasana at the end of class considering how busy the studio is. All the teachers are super friendly! Beautiful Yoga studio.
