Small, cramped, cluttered
It's a gym in a convenient location but lacks quality

Stadium is an older 24-hour Fitness gym The yoga teacher Renee is well worth going just for her yoga class: Monday 4:30 Tuesday & Thursday 6:30 Saturday 11.

This place used to be my old stomping grounds for lifting weights until I moved jobs. They still have the iron weights at this facility, staff are always friendly. Siggy, the person who works overnight at the desk, always has a positive and welcoming attitude. Creates a positive experience which makes me want to keep coming back to this location.

Very good gym overall. There is a racquetball court, upstairs cardio room, huge front floor with weights and machines. A mini room with circuit training machines. It's a little stuffy in here. Could use more ventilation but good overall.

Staff is nice, but the gym is always dirty. The weights are all over the place and not organized.

Pretty clean gym, but the layout is confusing. The men's locker room is upstairs and the women's is downstairs.

Place okay I would give 3 stars for the gym itself. Only giving 1 star due to my bike's entire rear wheel system was stolen the hour I was there, my bike was locked in the well light parking lot with outside security guard, like what???
UPDATE:
I am giving this gym a couple extra stars for not blinking an eye when I bring my bike into yoga class (as I dare not keep looked outside due to residual fear that it or something will be stolen on it.)

REALLY old equipment and the smell is horrid. Oddly, I got used to it after a while... they could really use a renovation.

Ugly, drab, gray, depressing, outdated, dilapidated interior. "We're going to improve" for the last 10 years. Few windows, despite fantastic view potential. Old equipment. No stretching area. No seating, snacks or retail nearby. Steps away from metro station, nice residential neighborhood and staff.

Machines and Stadium gym needs a serious cleaning, paint, and makeover... but, other than that, it's great. Oh and better music!

Never crowded, always friendly staff but the bathrooms could use a little elbow grease. Like the smell of urine on such an overwhelming level your nostrils burn, your vision goes blurry, you feel lightheaded for fifteen to twenty seconds? Try the bathroom on the first floor. The toilet placement in that bathroom is merely a suggestion of where the general area you should aim your penis while you urinate. The entire north region of the bathroom is absolutely covered in urine. You'll love it. I reccomend the cookies & cream muscle milk for a post workout delight. The weights were a little heavy & the bubbler Is sometimes warm but overall great experience.

Not you typical super sport 24 hour fitness but that's what set this gym apart from all the others. I love it's old school vibe its a real bodybuilding style gym with people who want to workout and not a fashion show. The staff makes the vibe here even better they are always smiling and really seem to enjoy working. The management is awesome they're very professional and are always willing to help out without seeming annoyed or inconvenienced. Cool gym I highly recommend.

Ghetto and rundown , parking is terrible and the members have zero gym etiquette ! Do not waste your money , not to mention it is super crowded and nasty

Having worked here and using the gym for several years I can honestly say they are terrible. If this wasn't such a monopoly there would be more competition and they'd have to be held accountable.

The staff are excellent! The Equipment is ok. But the facility is just a dump. I'd give it 4-5 stars if it wasn't for the always dingy smell, the paint pealing off the walls, the wood falling off the front of the building, the shower drains constantly backing up while in use. And I praise the cleaning crew, he's busing his butt off almost everyday I'm in there.
24. Please spend some money and remodel this place. It has to be one of the oldest fitness facilities in San Diego by now.
